1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, authentication information, account status, subscription tier, and usage information.

Creator and product information

When you use Scriptfluence, you may provide product names, URLs or ASINs, product categories, features, use cases, tradeoffs, video preferences, Creator Voice preferences, and other information you choose to enter. You are responsible for the information you submit.

Generated content and saved plans

We may store video plans you generate or save, including hooks, scripts, talking points, shot plans, title ideas, and related inputs so that we can provide account history and Service functionality.

Payment information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Scriptfluence does not need to store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy practices.

Technical and usage information

We and our service providers may receive technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser or device information, request data, authentication/session information, error logs, and usage activity.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and operate Scriptfluence; authenticate users; generate, refine, save, and display video plans; provide Creator Voice and product-library features; administer subscriptions and usage limits; process payments; provide customer support; maintain security and prevent abuse; diagnose technical problems; improve the Service; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about your account or the Service.

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, we may also send product updates, creator tips, announcements, or promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the method provided in the message.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Scriptfluence uses artificial intelligence services to generate and refine creator content. Information you submit for generation may be transmitted to our AI service provider, currently OpenAI, for processing. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information that is not necessary for your video plan.

AI-generated output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it, including checking product facts, claims, platform requirements, and any information that may have changed.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate Scriptfluence. These may include Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, OpenAI for AI-powered generation and refinement, Stripe for subscription and payment processing, Vercel for website and application hosting, and email-delivery providers for transactional or account-related communications.

These providers may process information on our behalf or, where applicable, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to these service providers.

5. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies

Scriptfluence may use browser storage, cookies, authentication tokens, or similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember application state, operate core features, and maintain security. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies that require additional notice or consent, we may update this Policy and our consent practices as appropriate.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service; when necessary to process a transaction you request; when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; when reasonably necessary to protect Scriptfluence, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your private account content with advertisers for their independent advertising use.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may opt out of marketing emails without affecting necessary transactional, security, billing, or account communications.

10. Children

Scriptfluence is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of this section, contact us so we can review the matter.

11. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Service may allow you to enter or follow links to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Scriptfluence is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties.

12. United States Processing

Scriptfluence operates from Texas, United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Scriptfluence changes. When we make changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy.
